The software will generate the required HTML coding for the layout of the Web pages based on what the user designs. Typically, the user can toggle back and forth between the graphical design and the HTML code and make changes to the Web page in either the design of the accompanying code.

A GUI offers graphicalicons, and visual indicators, as opposed to text-based interfaces, typed command labels or text navigation to fully represent the information and actions available to a user. The actions are usually performed through direct manipulation of the graphical elements.

A word processor or more formally known as document preparation system, is a computer application used for the production which includes composition, editing, formatting, and printing.







Spreadsheet

A spreadsheet is a computer application that simulates a paper, accounting worksheet. It displays multiple cells that together make up a grid consisting of rows and columns, each cell containing alphanumeric text, numeric values or formulas.











Database Management System (DBMS)

A collection of programs that lets you to store, modify, and extract information from a database. There are many different types of DBMSs, ranging from small systems that run on personal computers to huge systems that run on mainframes.






Utility Suites

A program that performs a very specific task, usually related to managingsystem resources. Operating systems contain a number of utilities for managing disk drives, printers, and other devices.

Internet Security Suite is something in the computer that is use to defend your computer from being affected by viruses, spyware and bugs looking to sneak their way into your electronic existence. It is highly encouraged before your computer are affected, instead of after being affected.

help people to use computers. The support specialists figure out why whenever something goes wrong. Then, they try to fix it. Many support specialists answer questions over the phone or by e-mail. Others also help people face-to-face.

Technical writer

A technical writer is also called a technical communicator. They are professional writers who designs, creates and maintains technical documentation. Online help, user guides, white papers, design specifications, system manuals, are some of the documentations they write.
